By using Vizlox, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vizlox ("the Platform") at vizlox.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the service.

2. About Vizlox

Vizlox is an X-Ray Visual Coding Platform that allows users to write, run, and visualize code execution step by step. The platform supports Python, Java, C++, and C, with explanations available in Hindi, English, Bengali, Tamil, and Bhojpuri. Vizlox is operated by Vizlox, India.

3. User Accounts

You may sign in to Vizlox using Google, GitHub, or Email/Password authentication. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at rohityadivanshix@gmail.com

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Vizlox to:

• Submit malicious, harmful, or illegal code
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Abuse the X-Ray or code execution features through automated scripts or bots
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features of Vizlox are owned by Vizlox. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without explicit written permission.

The code you write and submit on Vizlox remains yours. By submitting code, you grant Vizlox a limited license to execute and process it solely for the purpose of providing the visualization service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep Vizlox available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime.

7. Third-Party Services

Vizlox uses third-party services including Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI analysis), and Upstash (rate limiting). Your use of Vizlox is also subject to the terms of these providers. We are not responsible for any actions or policies of these third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vizlox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or that results from code visualization will be 100% accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vizlox and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
